This weather resistant Platinum series product is designed with a classic Italian pizza oven in mind, but with a modern look. Featuring a half-arch opening, exposed door hinges, and large door handles, it’s infused with minimalist angular lines to create a smooth and minimalistic look. The oven boasts the largest-in-class cooking area, with ceramic stones that enhance even heat distribution inside the cooking chamber. The cooking area and knobs are beautifully illuminated and provide a consistent cooking experience even at night. The oven comes with a built-in large & deep warming drawer and a crumb tray that makes cleaning a breeze. The 1-inch rigid knurled handles provide excellent grip. Multiple air inlet and exhaust vents prevent overheating and aid cooking at optimum cooking settings. It is compatible with Outdoor Cabinets with countertop of NewAge Classic and Signature series.

Disclaimer:

For outdoor use only, do not install below the overhead combustible surface. The surface where Tabletop Pizza Oven sit should be made of Metal (preferably Stainless Steel 304) or Non-combustible material. Tables with Engineered wood top or Wooden top should not be used.

Propane-powered Pizza Oven is compatible with a 20lb propane tank only. Tank not included and must be purchased separately.

NewAge Platinum Pizza Oven can be installed in 33 n. Outdoor Classic & Signature Series & on NewAge 33 in. Appliance Carts. The Platinum Pizza Oven can also be installed on custom-built cabinets for which instructions are provided in the Installation Guide supplied with the appliance.

What material is the Platinum Built-in Pizza Oven made of?

The Platinum Pizza Oven is mainly made of Stainless Steel-304 which is rust resistant and a great material for Outdoor use.

Is the Platinum Built-in Pizza Oven easy to maintain?

Does the Platinum Built-in Pizza Oven require a professional contractor for installation?

The Platinum Built-in Pizza Oven should be installed by a Licensed Gas Fitter, especially for the Natural Gas variant. Gas appliances can become hazardous if they are not installed properly. Before each cooking session please ensure there is no gas leakage, and the appliance is functioning in a sound manner.

The Burner goes out when set to low, what should be done?

Check gas supply. Check if the main shut-off valve is open. Check if the supply hose is pinched. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.

The burners burn with a yellow flame, accompanied by the smell of gas, what should be done?

If the burner produces yellow flames, the oxygen flow may be restricted because of spider webs or other debris. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.

What should be done in case of uneven heat in the cooking area?

The NewAge Platinum Pizza oven is built with three 30 mm thick cordite baking stones which need to be pre-heated for 10 minutes before using by turning on both bottom & rear burners.

The Pizzas stick to the Baking Stone, what could be the cause?

The Pizza oven is most likely not hot enough when the pizza is put in. Pizzas are also more likely to stick when they are cold. The cooking deck must be hot, and pizza dough should ideally be at room temperature before putting it in the oven.

The Pizza Oven and control panel lights not working, what could be the cause?

Check if the Unit is connected to power or not. Plug the transformer cord into the power box. The transformer should be Faulty. Check transformer output ? should be 12VAC. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.
