Constructed from restaurant-grade 304 Stainless Steel with reinforced double-wall doors, these cabinets are weather and corrosion-resistant for all-season durability. The Platinum Grill Series has a full-length handle with a sturdy, dual-layered hood that locks in heat from the 3 high-performance H-shaped burners that deliver up to 78,000 BTUs and provide even heat distribution, with cooking spaces of 503 sq. in. for the 33-inch grill, 559 sq. in. for the 36-inch grill, and 631 sq. in. for the 40-inch grill. Slow cook to perfection with the precision control of a wide, powerful rotisserie burner and easy-to-read temperature gauge, and the Platinum Dual Side Burner expands your cooking capabilities and is great for everything from cooking large pots of corn to simmering sauces and side dishes. Equipped with two powerful 12,000 BTU burners that provide quick and even heat for the most demanding chefs, the 1/4” stainless steel grill is easy to remove and keep clean. Precision-control knobs make it easy to accurately adjust your heat settings, with LED accent lights to improve visibility of temperature markings for evening cookouts. The built-in pilot ignitor allows for a quick and effortless start-up every time. Protect your burners and gain additional counter space when not in use with the fold-down flush-mount lid. The set is finished off with a 304 Stainless Steel countertop that is NSF-certified for food safety and allows for easy clean-up. Where can the Platinum Grills be installed?

Platinum Grills can be installed on Outdoor Classic & Signature Cabinets Series and NewAge Appliance Carts. The Platinum Grill can also be installed on custom-built cabinets, instructions for which are provided in the Installation Guide supplied with the appliance.

What material is the Platinum Grill made of?

The Platinum Grill is made of Stainless Steel-304 which is rust resistant and great material for Outdoor use.

Is the Platinum Grill easy to maintain?

The Platinum Grill is made of durable and high-quality materials such as Stainless Steel 304, which makes it very easy to clean and maintain. Please refer to the Maintenance and Cleaning section of the Installation Guide for more information.

Does the Platinum Grill require a professional contractor for installation?

The Platinum Grill should be installed by a Licensed Gas Fitter, especially for the Natural Gas Version. Gas appliances can become hazardous if they are not installed properly. Before each cooking session users are required to ensure there is no gas leakage and the appliance is functioning soundly.

Are all the installation manuals included with the Platinum Grill?

What is the warranty on the Platinum Grill?

Rotisserie lights and goes out immediately upon release of the control knob, what could be the cause?

Continue holding the safety valve button in a depressed position until the burner remains lit when released. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.

The Burner goes out when set to low, what should be done?

Check gas supply. Check if the main shut-off valve is open. Check if the supply hose is pinched. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.

The burners burn with a yellow flame, accompanied by the smell of gas, what should be done?

If the burner produces yellow flames, the oxygen flow may be restricted because of spider webs or other debris. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.

The Infrared burner flashbacks during operation, what could be the cause?

The ceramic tiles may be overloaded with grease drippings and build-up that causes the Burner Ports to be clogged. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.

Is the Infrared burner supplied with all Grills?

Infrared Burner only comes with 36 in. & 40 in. Platinum Grill.

Are the Classic Series Outdoor Kitchen cabinets easy to install?

Classic Series Outdoor Kitchen cabinets are very easy to install. These cabinets come full-assembled and packaged on a pallet delivered directly to your home. Once you remove the packaging, all you need to do is attach the feet, place them where you want them, bolt the cabinets together, and secure the countertops in place.

What are the dimensions of your products?

Will these cabinets support heavy countertops like granite or concrete tops?

Yes, the cabinets will support granite or concrete tops.

How do these cabinets weather? Are they weather-proof?

The Classic Series Outdoor Kitchen cabinets are designed with a front overlap seal to protect against rain, and the doors and drawers close to a 2mm gap to prevent leaves and snow from getting inside.

Am I able to alter the configuration or add cabinets to my set after I have installed them?

Yes, you can alter the configuration of your cabinets, however, keep in mind the number and sizes of worktops included with your set. Since our cabinets are modular, you can unbolt them and re-configure how you choose, but may need to purchase additional tops or covers to properly fit your new configuration.

Will I be able to substitute cabinets in a preconfigured set?

If you are purchasing cabinets in a set, the cabinets come as a bundled package and cannot be substituted. However, you can purchase individual cabinets to create your own set, or you may purchase additional cabinets to add onto a bundled set. You can also contact one of our Sales Representatives who would be happy to assist you with your order at 1.877.306.8930 and select the option to speak with a Sales Representative.

What kind of grill should I use?

We recommend using the NewAge Products 33" and 40" Insert Grills. Our grills have been designed to fit perfectly within the insert grill cabinets. The 33" Insert Grill Cabinet will also fit most 28" to 33" insert grills, while the 40" Insert Grill Cabinet fits most 36" to 40" insert grills.

What maintenance is required?

If you live in a coastal area or will have the cabinet next to a chlorine pool, washing your cabinets with fresh water and a mild detergent every two weeks will keep the cabinets from weathering. What is the warranty on the Classic Series Outdoor Kitchen cabinets?

All Outdoor Kitchen cabinets, as well as the Bar Cart and Prep Table, have a limited lifetime warranty. However, please note that any modifications to the product will void the warranty. Outdoor Kitchen Covers have a 3-year limited warranty. What adapter do I need for the Outdoor Kitchen sink?

Is it possible to get touch-up paint for my products?
