At NewAge Products we know you are excited to receive your most recent purchase from us as soon as possible. Our lead time to process your orders with our team is 3-5 business days, we ensure we have all the components to your purchase correct and properly wrapped for delivery.
With all our products, no matter what size or weight, we offer FREE SHIPPING. If for some reason you are unable to process your order directly on site we recommend giving our customer service a call at 1-877-306-8930 or through email at email@example.com. We do have some restrictions for delivery into remote or rural areas, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact us for further details.
Once we have processed your order, you should receive an email from NewAge Products with a tracking number and delivery acceptance instructions. Please note our deliveries are curbside only.
NewAge Products Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your NewAge Products purchase, please contact our Support team at 1-877-306-8930 or firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to qualify for a full return, requests must be received in our office within 120 calendar days of the original delivery date. Products being returned must be ready for pick-up in the original boxes and securely placed on a pallet if possible. If the original boxes are not available, the product should be securely wrapped in cardboard and placed on a pallet prior to the courier arriving. Installed or used products will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment.
