About Your Product

The NewAge Performance Grill offers up to 634 square inches of cooking space – enough for about 37 burgers, with all the features you need to grill with confidence and convenience. Crafted from premium 304 stainless steel, each member of our Performance Series has a full-length handle with a sturdy, dual layered hood that locks in heat from the high-performance tube burners. Continuous spark battery-powered pulse ignition gets things fired up quickly. Stainless steel flame tamers help reduce flare-ups, spread heat evenly across the cooking surface and convert drippings to flavor-enhancing smoke. Seal in juices with the searing heat of a powerful infrared sear burner. Toast buns, melt cheese and keep food warm and ready for your hungry crew on the large elevated warming rack. Four heavy-duty wheels (two lockable) let you move your grill away from an entertaining area, keeping everyone comfortable, or get it up close to the action for convenient access to your tasty creations. And of course, the mobility of a cart lets you store your grill out of sight.

Where can the Performance Grills be installed?

Performance Grills can be installed on Outdoor Classic & Signature Cabinets Series and NewAge Appliance Carts. The Performance Grill can also be installed on custom-built cabinets, instructions for which are provided in the Installation Guide supplied with the appliance.

What material is the Performance Grill made of?

The Performance Grill is made of Stainless Steel-304 which is rust resistant and great material for Outdoor use.

Is the Performance Grill easy to maintain?

The Performance Grill is made of durable and high-quality materials such as Stainless Steel 304, which makes it very easy to clean and maintain. Please refer to the Maintenance and Cleaning section of the Installation Guide for more information.

Does the Performance Grill require a professional contractor for installation?

The Performance Grill should be installed by a Licensed Gas Fitter, especially for the Natural Gas Version. Gas appliances can become hazardous if they are not installed properly. Before each cooking session users are required to ensure there is no gas leakage and the appliance is functioning soundly.

Are all the installation manuals included with the Performance Grill?

The Performance Grill has a printed installation manual included in the packaging. Alternatively, you can access the installation manual on the NewAge Products website: https://newageproducts.com/support-hub/

What is the warranty on the Performance Grill?

Electric Ignition (Pulse Ignitor) does not work, what should be done?

Check if the Pulse Igniter button is producing a snapping sound when pushed. Remove the Cooking Grate and Flame Tamer Panel to check for the spark on the electrode as expected when the Igniter button is pushed. Make sure that the AA battery is not oxidized and contains enough charge. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.

The Burner goes out when set to low, what should be done?

Check gas supply. Check if the main shut-off valve is open. Check if the supply hose is pinched. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.

The burners burn with a yellow flame, accompanied by the smell of gas, what should be done?

If the burner produces yellow flames, the oxygen flow may be restricted because of spider webs or other debris. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.

The Infrared burner flashbacks during operation, what could be the cause?

The ceramic tiles may be overloaded with grease drippings and build-up that causes the Burner Ports to be clogged. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.

Is the Infrared burner supplied with all Grills?

Infrared Burner only comes with 40 in. Performance Grill.

Where can the Appliance Grill Cart be installed?

The Appliance Grill Cart can be installed on any leveled surface in the outdoor area of the house.

What is Appliance Grill Cart made of?

Are all the Appliance Grill Cart items pre-assembled?

The Appliance Grill Carts are flat packed, and they are easy to be assembled by the end user. However, if you would like to assemble the carts through a NewAge professional Installer please contact our Customer Service team at 1.877.306.8930.

Can different Appliance Grill Carts be attached to each other?

Yes, you can attach the Side Burner Appliance Cart with Appliance Grill Cart using the provided fasteners by following the instructions in the Installation Guide supplied with the Appliance Gill Cart.

Are doors soft closing?

Yes, all Appliance Grill Carts have premium soft closing hinges for all doors.

Are Appliance Grill Carts water resistant?

All materials used for fabricating the Appliance Grill Carts are outdoor rated. However, the water may find its way inside the Cart through the seams & joints, for these reasons we recommend protecting the grill cart with NewAge Fabric Covers when the appliance is not in use.
